Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to all UK addresses — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands. I don't currently ship outside the UK.

Dispatch times

• Prints and small goods — posted within 3–5 working days
• Original works — posted within 5–7 working days, as each one is packed individually
• Commissions — timings are agreed with you directly before we begin

Delivery

Everything is sent via Royal Mail. Original paintings and any order over £75 are sent tracked, and I'll email your tracking number when the parcel goes out. Smaller orders are sent standard post — I'll still let you know when they're on their way. UK delivery usually takes a few working days from dispatch.

Packing

Prints are sent flat between boards or rolled in a tube, depending on size. Originals are wrapped and packed to protect the surface and corners. I reuse packaging materials where they're clean and sound.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't reached you within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch through the contact form and I'll put it right. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — I can't redirect an order once it's posted.
